真相
静脉滴注同样只停在血液 NAD+ 升高这个替代指标上；看真实临床结局的随机试验一项都没有，还多了一份感染和过敏风险。
机制速览
NMN 和 NR 是身体用来造 NAD⁺ 的两种原料，这几年被当成抗衰老补剂在卖。NAD⁺ 是细胞里最忙的分子之一：它把代谢产生的电子接过来，送进线粒体发电（dive 到 niacin-b3）；它还被一类酶当原料切开用掉，用掉就得重新造一批。
