狮鬃菇是一种长得像白珊瑚、又像狮子鬃毛的蘑菇, 一串串白色绒针挂在枯木上。它本身就是能吃的食用菌, 蒸炒之后口感有点像蟹肉、龙虾; 中医里叫它猴头菇, 用来健胃安神, 日本人叫它山伏茸。
