1. Nature of the service

Finuwell (“the site”) is a nutrition and health science education resource. Our goal is to help you understand the mechanisms behind nutrients, body systems, and health — not just what to do, but why it works.

Content is for informational purposes only and does not substitute professional medical judgment. By using this site you acknowledge and accept this limitation.

2. Content accuracy and citations

All nutritional guidance, mechanism descriptions, and health statistics on this site are backed by peer-reviewed literature, DRI (Dietary Reference Intake) values, EFSA guidelines, or authoritative clinical reviews. Each claim carries its source citation.

While we strive for accuracy, science evolves. If you find content that conflicts with current evidence, please contact us.

Citing a source does not constitute endorsement of any specific product, brand, or supplement.

3. Health report tool

The health report feature uses general inputs (age band, lifestyle habits, etc.) to surface relevant nutritional background knowledge. Report outputs are not diagnoses, not prescriptions, and not a substitute for clinical evaluation.

If a report flags a “needs attention” or “seek medical advice” marker, please take it seriously and consult a healthcare professional.

4. Prohibited uses

• Using content as the basis for medical diagnosis or prescriptions
• Mirroring the site or a substantial part of it, redistributing its text as a dataset, or republishing it as another site, app or publication without written permission (see section 5)
• Any use that violates applicable laws

5. Intellectual property, quoting and reuse

Original content (text, mechanism animations, and the structure and relationship notes of the knowledge graph) is copyright Supwilsoft LLC; Finuwell is a product of Supwilsoft LLC. Cited papers and guidelines remain the property of their publishers; we cite them under fair use. Nutrition facts and research findings themselves are public scientific literature.

Quoting is welcome. When you quote or paraphrase a page, please credit Finuwell and link to that page’s URL. Search engines and AI answer engines that follow robots.txt may crawl, index and quote our public pages.

Permission needed. Mirroring the whole site or a large part of it, redistributing the text as a dataset, or commercial republication requires written permission — email us first (see section 8).

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Content is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finuwell is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of or inability to use this site.

7. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date and announced on-site. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
