Activated charcoal drinks / powder detox and whiten daily

Charcoal only adsorbs just-swallowed poison within ~1 h in the ER (Chyka 2005); taken daily it never reaches the blood and instead indiscriminately soaks up drugs (incl. oral contraceptives) and nutrients — its whitening is enamel abrasion.
